2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika, Smoked1 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind2 pounds small red potatoes, halved or quartered2 small onions, cut into 1-inch chunks2 tablespoons olive oil
l. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl.
2. Toss potatoes and onions with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture; toss to coat well. Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
3. Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
