Tomatillo, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

4 ounces tomatillos, papery skin removed, wiped with damp cloth, and finely chopped
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground
2 to 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cilantro Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in medium bowl; toss gently until well blended. Cover.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
