1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cuban Seasoning
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
8 Bibb lettuce leaves, torn
1 seedless orange, peeled and sectioned
1 firm ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into 8 slices
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1. Mix oil, orange juice, Seasoning and vinegar in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
2. Divide lettuce, orange sections, avocado slices and red onion among each of 4 plates. Serve with dressing.
