1/4 cup fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Moroccan Seasoning3 cups shredded carrots1/4 cup golden raisins1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Test Kitchen Tip: If desired, soften raisins by soaking in 1/4 cup warm water for 5 minutes. Drain before adding to salad.
