North African Spice Blend

Ingredients

2 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground
2 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cinnamon, Saigon
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Red Pepper, Ground Cayenne
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Turmeric, Ground

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients until well blended.

2. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place. Use as a rub on meats for the grill, in marinades and stews.
