Ingredients

2 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Wasabi Powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sesame Seed, Toasted
1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets

Directions

1. Mix wasabi powder, soy sauce and water in small bowl. Add oil, vinegar, brown sugar and sesame seed; mix well. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing.

2. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.

3. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

4. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade during last 2 minutes of cooking.

Tips

Test Kitchen Tip: If using McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sesame Seed, first toast in a small skillet on medium heat. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Immediately pour out of hot pan to avoid over-toasting.
