Super Simple Jamaican Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

1. Rub pork chops on both sides with Jamaican jerk seasoning. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

2. Mix pineapple and brown sugar. Spoon mixture around and over chops. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pork chops are desired doneness.

3. Remove chops to serving plate. Cook and stir pan juices on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes ou until thickened. Spoon over pork chops.
