8 ounces spaghetti1/4 cup olive oil2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered1/2 cup pitted Kalamata or black olives, coarsely chopped2 tablespoons capers2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection 100% Organic Italian Seasoning1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection 100% Organic Red Pepper, Crushed2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or just until fragrant. Add tomatoes, olives, capers, Italian seasoning and red pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tomatoes begin to soften.
3. Place pasta in large serving bowl. Add tomato mixture and parsley; toss well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
