South of the Border Cocoa Chile Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 to 2 tablespoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend
2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves, Mexican
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)

Directions

1. Mix brown sugar, cocoa chile blend, garlic powder, salt and oregano in small bowl. Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture.

2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best flavor.

3. Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally. Transfer pork to cutting board. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
