Ingredients

1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cajun Seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Thyme Leaves
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Chile Pepper, Chipotle
1 1/2 pounds New York strip steak

Directions

1. Mix Cajun seasoning, garlic, oil, chipotle chile pepper and thyme in small bowl. Rub spice paste onto both sides of steak. Let stand 5 minutes.

2. Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
