Orange Spiced Pork Chops

Ingredients

6 boneless pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
2 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Coriander Seed, Ground , divided
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Mix 2 teaspoons of the coriander, cumin and garlic powder. Sprinkle over chops.

2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove chops from skillet; keep warm.

3. Mix orange juice, chicken broth, cornstarch and remaining 1/4 teaspoon coriander in small bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Add to skillet; bring to boil. Add green onion; reduce heat to low. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
