1. Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, ginger, garlic powder and red pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken breast strips; toss to coat chicken with marinade. Cover.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Toss salad greens, carrots, sprouts and radishes in large bowl. Top with chicken mixture before serving.
