1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Herbes de Provence1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind8 loin lamb chops, 1 to 1 1/2-inch thick (2 pounds)1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil Lemon wedges (optional)
1. Mix Herbes de Provence, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush lamb chops lightly with oil. Rub herb mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops.
2. Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Couscous with Apricots and Toasted Cumin.
