8 chicken thighs, skin removed1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup olive oil1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Greek Seasoning1 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Powder1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Pepper, Coarse Grind
1. Grill chicken over medium heat in covered grill 30 minutes or until cooked through, turning every 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
3. Place cooked chicken in baking dish. Pour seasoning mixture over top; turn to coat. Cover with foil; let stand 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Test Kitchen Tip: Use a paper towel to grasp the chicken skin for easier removal.
