Far East Shrimp & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

4 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons Kecap Manis or soy sauce
4 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Far East Sesame Ginger Blend
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 package (8 ounces) sugar snap peas
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package (3.5 ounces) sliced shiitake mushrooms

Directions

1. Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain well.

2. Mix chicken broth, Kecap Manis, Spice Blend, vinegar and cornstarch in small bowl. Set aside.

3. Heat wok or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add oil and bell pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Add snap peas, mushrooms and shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or until mushrooms begin to soften.

4. Restir soy sauce mixture; add to skillet along with cooked pasta. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
