1 Cuban roll, club roll or 6-inch piece of French bread, split1 tablespoon yellow mustard1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 slices Pernil (Roast Pork Shoulder) (about 2 ounces)2 slices deli ham (about 1 ounce)1 slice Swiss cheese1 to 2 slices pickles2 teaspoons butter, softened
To Use a Skillet: Assemble sandwich as directed. Melt butter in skillet on medium-high heat. Add sandwich; cook 4 to 5 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Press sandwich occasionally with a spatula to flatten slightly.
