1. Bring pomegranate juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla and orange peel to simmer in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved.
2. Stir in pears, figs and cranberries. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cranberries are plump and liquid is slightly thickened. Cover.
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
