Strawberries with Balsamic Syrup

Ingredients

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Peppercorns, Tellicherry
4 cups sliced strawberries

Directions

1. Mix sugar, balsamic vinegar and cornstarch in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until syrup begins to thicken.

2. Divide strawberries among dessert dishes. Drizzle syrup over top.
