Lemon Grass Ginger Sorbet

Ingredients

2 jars McCormick® Gourmet Collection Lemon Grass
1 cup sugar
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Ginger, Ground

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cover.

2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until well chilled.

3. Strain mixture. Pour into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
