Cocoa Chile Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

2. Stir in sugar, cream, milk and cocoa chile blend until well blended. Microwave 5 minutes or until mixture is thick and sugar is completely dissolved, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla.
