Hot Cocoa Chile Chocolate

Ingredients

2 quarts (8 cups) milk
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cocoa Chile Blend
10 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Place milk and cocoa chile blend in medium saucepan. Bring just to boil on medium heat.

2. Stir in chocolate with wire whisk until melted and mixture is slightly frothy. Stir in vanilla.

3. Serve hot. Or, refrigerate until chilled; serve over ice.
