Indian-Spiced Pepita Snack Mix

Ingredients

2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garam Masala
1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt
2 cups unsalted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
1 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix garam masala and sea salt in small bowl. Set aside.

2. Place pepitas and almonds in large bowl. Add oil; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with garam masala mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread nut mixture in single layer on lightly greased baking sheet.

3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until nut mixture begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Cool completely. Stir in cranberries. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
