Goat Cheese with Herbes de Provence

Ingredients

1 to 2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Herbes de Provence, lightly crushed
1 log (4 ounces) goat cheese (chèvre), at room temperature

Directions

1. Place Herbes de Provence on plate. Roll goat cheese in the Herbes de Provence until well coated. Cover.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut goat cheese into slices using serrated knife. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit.
