1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves2 teaspoons brown sugar1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet Collection Chile Pepper, Chipotle1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Garlic Salt1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Oregano Leaves, Mexican1 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Paprika1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Cumin, Ground
1. Cut chicken into twelve 1-inch wide strips. Mix brown sugar and seasonings. Rub each chicken strip evenly with seasoning mixture until completely coated.
2. Thread the chicken in zigzag fashion onto skewers. Spray each strip thoroughly with no stick cooking spray.
3. Broil or grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
