1. Mash beans in medium bowl until slightly chunky. Add sour cream, tomato paste, chipotle chile pepper and cumin; mix until well blended. Cover.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
3. Garnish with onion, tomato and cilantro. Serve as desired with tortilla chips and salsa or guacamole.
