Usage Tips
Wasabi Paste: Mix 2 tablespoons Wasabi Powder to 1 tablespoon water. Let stand 10 minutes. Thin with soy sauce, if desired.
Wasabi Mayonnaise: Mix 2 tablespoons Wasabi Powder to 1 tablespoon water. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir into 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
Wasabi Sauce for roasted meats: Mix 2 tablespoons Wasabi Powder to 1 tablespoon water. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in 1 teaspoon each garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise.
