An open house party is a festive way to entertain your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers during the holidays. Make it fuss-free and serve a buffet of foods that guests can enjoyed while mingling. This versatile menu can be tailored to the number of guests you’re having, the amount of time you have for preparation and the length of the open house. For a shorter open house, serve just appetizers and desserts. Or, make it more elaborate and choose 1 or 2 each of the appetizers and desserts and include a warm beef stew, a baked pasta dish and a salad.
