1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 small carrots, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
1 leaf McCormick® Gourmet Collection Bay Leaves, Turkish
1 tablespoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Tuscan Seasoning
1 cup dry white wine
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 pound littleneck clams, scrubbed
1 pound mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound firm white fish, such as halibut, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
