Peppered Rosemary Bread Dip

Crushed Rosemary, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt add a delightful herb flavor to your favorite crusty bread.

 

Makes 1/4 cup.

McCormick® Gourmet Collection Black Peppercorns, Tellicherry

1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Gourmet Collection Rosemary, Crushed

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

McCormick® Gourmet Collection Sicilian Sea Salt

1. Place peppercorns in pepper mill. Twist pepper mill 10 times over a small plate. Add rosemary.


2. Pour oil over spices to cover center of plate. Gently swirl plate to moisten spices. Season to taste with sea salt.


3. Serve as a dipping sauce with crusty bread.
