Peppered Rosemary Bread Dip (continued)
1. Place peppercorns in pepper mill. Twist pepper mill 10 times over a small plate. Add rosemary.
2. Pour oil over spices to cover center of plate. Gently swirl plate to moisten spices. Season to taste with sea salt.
3. Serve as a dipping sauce with crusty bread.
